Code of Conduct

The CBA Conference is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants, regardless of their gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, ability, or other factors that make our community diverse.

Our code of conduct aims to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all participants to learn, network, and engage with others in a professional and productive manner. As a participant, you’re expected to follow this code of conduct to help us achieve this goal.


General Expectations
Be respectful, kind, and considerate towards others. Do not engage in any behavior that is discriminatory, harassing, or offensive. This includes, but is not limited to, sexist, racist, or exclusionary language or behavior. Use appropriate language and imagery in all communications, both verbal and written.

Intolerable Behavior
Any form of harassment, discrimination, or threatening behavior is intolerable and will not be tolerated. This includes physical or verbal abuse, intimidation, stalking, unwanted advances, or any other behavior that makes someone else feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or unwelcome.

Reporting Misconduct
If you experience or witness any inappropriate behavior, please report it to a staff member wearing a special badge or shirt. All reports will be taken seriously and investigated promptly. We are committed to ensuring that all participants feel safe and welcome at the CBA Conference.

The CBA Conference Organizers reserves the right to ask individuals who breach this code of conduct to exit the conference.
