Franziska Weyermann is the 5th generation of Weyermann® Specialty Malts. A trained brewing engineer from Weihenstephan, she has travelled the world visiting craft breweries with her parents all her life. As Vice-President she is responsible for ensuring the future of the Weyermann® family of brands and is deeply rooted in the history and legacy of the family malt business.
