Kevin graduated from the World Brewing Academy and landed his first brewing job at Ally Kat Brewing in Edmonton. He later became Head Brewer at several craft breweries in Ontario and helped write the curriculum for Canada’s first brewing program at Niagara College. Kevin also founded his own brewery, Niagara Oast House Brewers, and then transitioned to the supply side of the industry as Brewing Specialist/Technical Sales at Scott Labs. He is currently the Technical Sales Manager for Lallemand Brewing in Canada.
