Scott began his brewing career in 2010 in Vancouver, BC and later learned about NZ Pilsner during a working holiday in Christchurch, NZ. He joined Renaissance Bioscience as a Development Brewer in 2018 and developed the non-diastatic Saison hybrid. In 2020, he became the Head Brewer at Quayle’s Brewery in Ontario, where he has created over 150 unique beers with meticulous attention to detail.
